Admission

A completed registration Form and fee are required to secure your child’s place.

Registration fee

A registration fee is required to secure a child’s place, along with all relevant documentation completed. A registration fee of  £75.00 per child must be paid, this will secure the place, and included within the fee are 5 settling-in hours, 1 security door entry fob, and food and drink whilst your child attends their settling-in sessions. Additional settling in hours are available and are charged at the rooms hourly rate.

If you require a further security door entry fob, there is a charge of £5, this is refundable when returned.

Opening Times

The nursery opening hours are 08:00 to 18:00. We do offer an early morning session 7:30am to 8:00am, this is charged at a premium rate and has a limited availability.

The nursery is open 51 weeks of the year, we close from 1:00 pm on Christmas Eve and re-open on the 2nd January, the nursery is also closed on statutory bank holidays.

Insurance

Phoenix Childcare has extensive insurance cover for nursery-based activities and outings. Details of the insurance may be requested from the nursery manager. The certificate is displayed in the nursery.

Personal Property & Belongings

The nursery cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any parent’s, carer’s, or, a child’s property or belongings.

Every reasonable effort will be made by the nursery staff to ensure that property, or belongings of any parent, carer, or child are not damaged. Please ensure your child’s clothing is clearly labeled and we suggest that all toys, books, and equipment are left at home.

Liability

The nursery accepts no liability for any losses suffered by parents arising directly or indirectly, as a result of the nursery being temporarily closed or the non-admittance of your child to the nursery for any reason. We accept no responsibility for children whilst in their parent’s care on nursery premises.

We will not be liable to parents and/or children for any economic loss of any kind, for damage to the child’s or parent’s property, for any loss resulting from a claim made by any third party or for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind.
